Policies

As a courtesy for all guests, below are my policies and booking info. Please read over ALL the information PRIOR to scheduling and let me know if you have any questions!

Communication/ Inquires

Text message/ E-mail are the best way to reach me (both are at the top of the page in the right corner). I am available Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. I will respond to all inquires within two business days. I am not available on Saturday's or Sundays. I do ask for patience on Holiday weekends as response time may be longer than usual. If you haven't received a response within three business days please resend your message.


Booking/ Booking Fee
For new guest, a non refundable booking retainer is due to reserve appointments. The retainer will go towards your service total. For existing guest, a debit or credit card is required to reserve all appointments. This card info will be saved to your client profile for future appointments. You will not be charged until after your service is complete. *Please see cancellation policy below.

Cancellations & No Shows

I ask for at least a 48 hour notice of cancellation for all scheduled appointments as an opportunity to fill that appointment slot. However, failure to cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% fee of original service scheduled and will be charged to the card on file or retainer will be forfeited. Clients that fail to cancel or No Show will be charged 100% of services scheduled. A guest can reschedule up to 3x after initial reservation within a six month window; as long as they have given at least a 24hour notice of each reschedule. Failure to do so, or after six months they will be required to put down another retainer to schedule an appointment.


Late Arrivals
I allow all of my guest a 5 minute grace period after appointment start time. I ask if you are going to be more behind than that to please let me know ASAP. Being late to your appointment affects the guest scheduled after you. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment you may have to forfeit services desired for that session, reschedule and are subject to a 100% fee of original services scheduled.

No Kids & No Extra Company
I only perform services on adults and children 10+. Children of any age are not allowed in the studio during guardians appointment except if they are receiving services as well. I want your appointment to be a relaxing experience. So therefore, I ask that you find child care elsewhere during your appointment. I have a small studio so I kindly ask you also don’t bring anyone else to your appointment with you. Thank you for understanding.

Refunds/Exchanges
All product sales and services are final. No Exceptions. 

Service Guarantee
I want all of my guest to be happy with their services, I strive to have great communication and provide a positive experience for every guest. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your service you must contact me within 7 days after the service to discuss adjustments. *I only guarantee my color & texture services when you purchase the recommended take home care from me.

Military & Discounts

I offer a 5% discount for active duty, spouses, guard and veterans with proof of valid ID. This discount can be used towards all haircuts/color/chemical services. Discount does NOT apply to hair extension services. This discount can't be stacked with any other promotional offers and can't be used for extended family or friends.

I also offer referral discounts. For every guest you refer, after their appointment you will receive 10% off of your next appointment.
